Nature of the Work
- Consulting on occupational safety and health and fire safety issues;
- Active collaboration with company officials, managers, and other colleagues to identify and assess risks in the workplace, plan preventive measures, establish internal procedures, assign responsibilities, and implement other measures that create a safe and healthy work environment;
- Regular visits to clients, assessments of the current situation, and periodic monitoring;
- Regular updates on changes to the laws governing the field and the necessary actions to be taken;
- Participation in the investigation of workplace incidents, analysis of their causes, and development of preventive measures;
- Training for managers and employees.
Employee Requirements
- Higher education;
- Occupational Safety and Health Specialist Certification (if you do not have it, we will help you prepare for the VDI certification);
- A desire to improve and learn;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications;
- Good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to connect with a variety of people;
- The ability to plan activities independently;
- Driver's license, Class B.
