TUV NORD Lithuania handles customer complaints in accordance with the “TUV NORD Lithuania” approved Complaints and Appeals Procedure—Energy Sector Personnel Certification Division

Complaints are submitted in a free-form document, sent by one of the methods listed below:

• By sending an e-mail to atestavimas@tuv-nord.lt ;
• By sending by post, indicating the following address: Lentvario St. 7A, LT-02300 Vilnius.
• Orally, at the address: Lentvario St. 7A, LT-02300 Vilnius, if the client does not wish to receive a written response and the complaint can be examined in real time.
• By filling out the request form at https://edais.vert.lt/
