Training of managers and responsible persons of enterprises, institutions and organizations who are tasked with monitoring the GS status of the facility and taking measures to comply with GS requirements

Training is organized remotely once a month. You can find the schedule of upcoming trainings here

The training is intended for managers of a company, institution, organization or responsible persons appointed by them, who are tasked with monitoring the fire safety status of the facility and taking measures to comply with fire safety requirements.

This training is mandatory for managers or their designated persons of companies that meet the criteria set out in the Fire Safety Law, but we recommend that all company managers attend this training to provide knowledge about fire safety requirements and organization in the company.

We organize these trainings according to an 8-hour training program. Upon successful completion of the training, certificates are issued. Although the validity of these certificates is indefinite, we recommend periodic updating of knowledge, as the legal acts regulating fire safety change over time.

Theoretical fire safety training for employees

Training is organized individually for each company, remotely or in person at the client's premises. There is also the option of e-training .

In accordance with paragraph 12 of the General Fire Safety Rules, fire safety training and certification (knowledge testing) of civil servants and employees of all enterprises, institutions, and organizations must be organized by the heads of enterprises, institutions, and organizations at least once every 3 years in accordance with the approved Minimum Requirements for Fire Safety Training Programs for Civil Servants and Employees.

We organize these trainings according to a 3-hour training program, and after completing them and successfully passing the knowledge test, we issue training completion protocols.

Theoretical fire safety training "Fire marshal"

Training is organized individually for each company, remotely or in person at the client's premises.

Currently, "Fire marshal" training, which came from Western Europe and is becoming increasingly popular in Lithuania, is intended for companies that want to do more than is required for safety.

The training is intended for companies that appoint employees internally (so-called Fire Marshals) whose main function, alongside the designated responsible person, is to help prevent fires and, in the event of a fire, to organize the evacuation of employees and visitors from the company's premises. This training is intended for employees to:

  • be able to recognize a potential fire hazard
  • controlled the orderliness of escape routes and exits
  • know what actions to take in case of fire
  • know how to turn on the fire alarm
  • know how to properly call for emergency help
  • know what action to take when hearing a fire alarm
  • know how to evacuate people quickly and safely
  • should be able to deal with disabled people
  • know how to use primary fire extinguishing equipment

We organize these trainings according to a 2-hour training program prepared individually for the client, and upon completion of the training and successful completion of the knowledge test, we issue training completion certificates.

Employees who complete this training will have a deeper understanding of fire and the dangers it poses, will know what preventive measures need to be taken to ensure fire safety in the workplace, and in the event of a fire, will coordinate the safe evacuation of employees and visitors from their assigned areas/premises.

Practical building evacuation drills

In accordance with the Minimum Requirements for Fire Safety Training Programs for Civil Servants and Employees (point 3 of the Notes), in enterprises, institutions, and organizations where fire action plans for civil servants and employees have been prepared, practical exercises are mandatory for them, but are recommended for all enterprises without exception.

The purpose of the exercise is to assess whether employees or civil servants are aware of their actions specified in the fire action plan, and to improve employees' actions in the event of a fire.

We organize these practical trainings according to a prepared scenario, and a special smoke machine is used for the training, which allows you to realistically create a fire environment. After this training, an exercise report is provided with suggestions and recommendations for improvement.

Practical training with fire extinguishers

This training is recommended for all companies, institutions and organizations, because in accordance with Article 10, Part 2, Item 4 of the Law on Fire Safety, all residents of the Republic of Lithuania must be able to use primary fire extinguishing equipment.

We recommend combining this training with theoretical fire safety training for employees [relevant link]

For this training, we use a special training platform – a gas burner and fire extinguishers filled with carbon dioxide and water. During the training, employees are not only introduced to the types of fire extinguishers and their operating principle, but also receive practical training on how to properly extinguish a fire.

Practical training with fire-resistant fabric for extinguishing electric vehicles

During the training, a special non-flammable fabric is used to extinguish vehicles - electric cars.

During the training, employees are not only introduced to the fire hazard posed by lithium-ion batteries, but also given practical training on how to correctly use a fireproof cloth to extinguish an electric vehicle that has caught fire.
