COVID-19 compliance assessment service
The international Lithuanian-German company TUVLITA Consulting Service, which provides occupational safety services to businesses, is providing a new service - auditing the preventive measures taken by companies against COVID-19, and issuing certificates and stickers confirming this to companies that meet strict requirements.
This service helps businesses impartially assess whether their obligations and specialist recommendations are being properly implemented to reduce the risk of infection for employees and customers. Companies that meet the requirements will be marked with a special sticker.
The first car sales and repair centers in Lithuania to use this service were:

Since the beginning of the spread of the virus, we have been actively working with companies, helping them prepare and implement preventive measures, regulate internal processes, and train employees to minimize the risk of spreading the coronavirus. As the spread of the virus gains momentum, we feel even greater concern from companies: businesses want to be sure that they are doing everything possible to prevent the spread of the coronavirus in their companies. The audit service of applied security measures against COVID-19 will provide businesses with the opportunity to assess whether the requirements are actually being met and whether there are any weaknesses or areas that need to be corrected.
During the audit, experienced occupational safety experts and occupational health specialists will assess about 50 different criteria in the company - from internal procedures and policies, employee training, provision of visual aids, management of employee and visitor flows to ensuring reserves of personal protective equipment and disinfectants and the application of other important preventive measures. After conducting an audit regarding COVID-19, the company is provided with conclusions and recommendations for the implementation of additional measures.
TUVLITA will issue a CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT CERTIFICATE FOR PROTECTION AGAINST COVID-19 DISEASE REQUIREMENTS to companies that meet safety requirements and will provide the opportunity to mark the office, place of trade or service provision with a special marking confirming compliance with safety requirements, which will provide employees and visitors with an additional sense of security and confidence.
Of course, a certificate or sticker does not guarantee 100% safety, but it shows that the company is making every effort to protect employees and customers and is properly following the safety recommendations of health professionals.
For companies that have not yet established the necessary internal processes, TUVLITA safety specialists are ready to help assess the risk, identify preventive safety measures, prepare the necessary documentation, implement all required internal procedures, response procedures, and train employees. Consulting and audit procedures are carried out by safety experts from different groups for impartiality.
Investing in employee safety is always worth it, because in the event of COVID-19 infection at work, the employer may also face financial liability, which can certainly be avoided by taking the necessary steps.
