In order to reduce the risk of virus transmission, the technical inspection of vehicles is carried out without the driver participating in the technical inspection process. Drivers, upon arrival at the technical inspection station, must open all the windows and/or doors of the car and leave the car interior to air for a few minutes. At the entrance to the inspection line, the driver hands over the car keys and the necessary documents to the inspector, and he himself safely waits for the results of the technical inspection outside, at the exit gate from the inspection line. The participation of the driver of the vehicle in the inspection is possible only in exceptional cases, if the inspector himself instructs the driver to do so for appropriate necessary reasons.
Work at technical inspection stations is carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Emergency Operations Center regarding behavior during the pandemic, therefore all inspectors use respirators or protective masks and gloves, wash their hands with disinfectant before and after the inspection, and contact with car owners/operators is limited to a minimum.
We also ask vehicle owners to be understanding and to come to the technical inspection with no more than one family member, to wear protective equipment covering the mouth and nose , and in case of adverse weather conditions to take care of appropriate clothing, as the results of the inspection will have to be waited outside. Upon arrival, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the information publicly posted at the technical inspection station and follow the mandatory instructions.
In order to reduce unnecessary contact with other people, we suggest registering your vehicle for inspection online in advance.
