– Technical inspection data carried out in other countries;

– Data on the photography of vehicles carried out during mandatory technical inspection;

– Contact details provided by the customer of the mandatory technical inspection to receive a reminder about the end of the technical inspection;

Persons involved in data processing

 We undertake to never transfer your personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • If you have consented to the disclosure of Personal Data;
  • Personal data, depending on the data category, is transferred to certain third parties directly related to the provision of the service (Association of Technical Inspection Companies "Transeksta", State Enterprise "Regitra", Motor Vehicle Insurers' Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania, Board of the State Social Insurance Fund under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour, Ministry of Education and Science) and state control institutions (Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Lithuanian Transport Safety Administration, State Labour Inspectorate under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour) to the extent necessary to properly and legally implement the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and provide you with a quality service. We will provide these third parties with only as much of your personal information as is necessary to perform a specific service. Your data security requirement is imposed on all third parties related to us;
  • to law enforcement institutions in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Personal data retention periods

 We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this privacy policy. The general term is 10 years after the service has been provided, unless otherwise required by law.

Your personal data for the purposes of providing electronic services will be stored as long as you are a registered user of electronic services and for 10 years from the last service provision.

The retention periods for data collected by cookies are set out in the Cookie Policy .

Notwithstanding the above-mentioned retention periods, we have the right to store your Personal Data on the server for as long as necessary if the data you provided has been used in the commission of an illegal act or there is a suspicion that another violation has been committed, which is the subject of an investigation by the relevant law enforcement authorities, if we have received complaints related to the relevant customer, or if there are other legitimate purposes for storing Personal Data. This data will be destroyed upon receipt of lawful instructions from law enforcement or other authorized authorities.

Your rights

You may submit a written request to us to provide you with information on the sources and types of your personal data collected, the purpose for which they are processed, and the recipients to whom they are provided. We respond to such requests in accordance with the procedure and deadlines established by law and strive to provide you with the information as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the receipt of your request.

Upon your request, such data shall be provided in writing to the address or e-mail address specified. Information on the sources from which and what your personal data has been collected, for what purpose it is processed and to which recipients it has been provided over the past one year is provided free of charge once per calendar year.

If, upon receiving a request, we have suspicions about the identity of the applicant, we have the right to request the applicant's identity document or a copy thereof.

You also have the right, upon submitting a written request to us, to request the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data, to request the suspension, with the exception of storage, of the processing of your personal data when the data is processed in violation of the law and the terms of this policy.

Upon your specific written request, all of your personal information may be removed.

You must submit any request or instruction related to the processing of Personal Data to us in writing in one of the following ways:

If you believe that the way we process your personal data does not comply with applicable laws, you have the right to contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate ( www.ada.lt ).

 

Responsibility

 The company applies appropriate organizational and technical data security measures to ensure the protection of personal data, including protection against unlawful data processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the requirements set out in the General Data Protection Regulation, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts.

The company undertakes to regularly monitor, evaluate and update the applied control measures and to update the privacy policy accordingly.

We may disclose information about you to our employees or sub-processors if reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

In addition, we may disclose information about you:

  • if we are required to do so by law;
  • in order to protect your rights or interests.

We do not provide your personal data to any third parties, except as provided in this policy.

When processing your personal data, we implement organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as against any other unlawful processing, taking into account the risks involved.

You are also responsible for ensuring that the data you provide to us is accurate, correct and complete. If the data you provide changes, you must immediately inform us by email. We will not be liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of you providing incorrect or incomplete personal data or failing to inform us of any changes.
