Risk assessment of old work equipment
Old work equipment that does not comply with CE requirements may continue to be used if it is safe and meets the established requirements
If your company uses equipment that does not bear the CE marking, was put into service before the regulations on the use of work equipment took effect, and to which the regulatory acts of the Republic of Lithuania do not apply or apply only in part, such equipment must comply with the established minimum safety requirements, therefore, a risk assessment of the equipment should be conducted.
