Final inspection of elevators
Elevators are a means of vertical transportation used to move passengers and/or cargo between different floors of a building. We perform conformity assessments for newly installed elevators in both new and existing buildings.
The Technical Safety Division of TUV NORD Lithuania, a joint venture between Lithuania and Germany, is accredited as a Type A inspection body in accordance with the requirements of LST EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and performs the inspection procedure for newly installed elevators as specified in:
- Final inspection of elevators, in accordance with Annex 5 of European Union Directive2014/33/EU.
