In an effort to prevent unwanted environmental pollution, Germany has established environmental protection zones in Berlin, Cologne, Hanover, Frankfurt am Main, and many other cities .
Environmental protection zones are marked with appropriate road signs. Only vehicles that produce low emissions and are marked with the appropriate stickers are permitted to enter these environmental protection zones.

Terms and Conditions for Issuing a Sticker
To avoid errors when processing applications for sticker issuance sent to our partners at TÜV in Germany, we will only accept your request for a sticker in accordance with the table below:
The authority issuing the sticker enters the vehicle’s license plate number in the appropriate field using indelible ink.
The sticker issued for a vehicle is valid in all designated environmental protection zones in German cities.
This sticker is not required when entering the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, but it is mandatory for vehicles intending to enter one of the environmental protection zones marked by road signs.
How to Properly Apply a TUV NORD Sticker
To apply the environmental sticker, clean and dry the inside of the windshield, then affix the sticker to the lower right side of the window (on the passenger side). Make sure the license plate number is clearly visible, and only then press the sticker firmly to prevent air bubbles from forming.
Orders for stickers can be placed in the following ways:
At the TUV NORD Lithuania office (7A Lentvario St., Vilnius) on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 12:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. You must fill out the required form and submit your vehicle registration certificate.
Send thecompleted application form (in the prescribed format) and a scanned copy of the vehicle registration certificate via email to info@tuv-nord.lt.
Delivery time for the sticker:2–3 weeks.
Payment Terms
Payment can be made in cash or by card at the company's accounting department, or by bank transfer. We can issue a VAT invoice upon your request.
