Services to Ensure Construction and Building Safety
Construction Site Safety and Health Coordinator
When more than one contractor is involved in the construction of a building, the builder (client) or the project manager must appoint a construction safety and health coordinator.
We recommend entrusting these important responsibilities to our safety and health coordinators.
The construction site safety and health coordinator coordinates and monitors compliance with the employee safety and health requirements established by regulatory legislation during construction and performs the following duties:
- participates in the preparation of construction work technology plans, in which specific measures are established to ensure the safety and health of workers during the construction of a building,
- coordinates and oversees risk prevention; addresses technical and organizational issues, particularly in the work area when different tasks (work phases) are performed simultaneously or one after another,
- assesses the duration of the work being performed (or the various stages of the work) to ensure that it does not pose a risk to the safety and health of employees,
- coordinates the activities of the contractor and subcontractors to ensure that they use the measures specified in the building's technical design and the construction work technology plan,
- taking into account the progress of the work and any changes that have arisen, adjusts the safety and health preventive measures specified in the construction work technology plan and other project documents,
- organizes cooperation between the contractor and subcontractors, the exchange of information regarding the preventive measures being implemented, and the coordination of their activities in the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases,
- participates in safety meetings held at the construction site.

Annual Building Inspections
We offer to conduct an annual inspection of your company’s buildings, as required by the Technical Regulation for Construction STR 1.07.03:2017, “Procedures for the Technical and Operational Maintenance of Buildings. Procedures for the Formation of New Real Estate Cadastral Objects.”
During the annual inspection, our specialists:
- will thoroughly inspect and check the building's main structural elements and engineering systems,
- will determine the necessary structural surveys, building defects, and repair work,
- will evaluate the quality of the ongoing monitoring.
Following the annual inspection, a detailed building inspection report, including photographs, will be submitted, and the findings will be recorded in the building maintenance log.
Building Maintenance Documents
If you do not have the required building maintenance documents, our specialists (based on the current building documentation and a visual inspection):
- will fill out the building's technical or technical-energy passport,
- will update the building's maintenance log.
