Complaints

TUV NORD Lietuva klientų skundų nagrinėjimas vykdomas TUV NORD Lietuva patvirtinta Techninės apžiūros padalinio Skundų ir apeliacijų tvarka. Complaints are submitted in one of the following ways:

By submitting a written complaint at the technical inspection site by filling out the prescribed complaint form;
By electronic mail, by filling out the prescribed complaint form and sending it to info@tuv-nord.lt;
In other words, at the point of service, if the client does not wish to receive a written response and can be reviewed in real time.

Appeals

TUV NORD Lietuva klientų apeliacijų nagrinėjimas vykdomas vadovaujantis Valstybinės kelių transporto inspekcijos prie Susisiekimo ministerijos viršininko 2015-07-20 įsakymu Nr. 2B-168 „Dėl techninės apžiūros kontrolieriaus sprendimo apskundimo tvarkos aprašo patvirtinimu”.

Pastaba: Kontrolieriaus sprendimas gali būti skundžiamas techninės apžiūros įmonės vadovui, nedelsiant ir nepasišalinus iš techninės apžiūros atlikimo vietos.
