Training of the employer, employer representative, employer authorized person

The training is intended for managers of companies or other organizational structures whose knowledge of occupational safety and health issues, in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Occupational Safety and Health of the Republic of Lithuania , must be verified before they start operating the company or providing services.

The purpose of the training is to familiarize employers, persons representing or authorized by the employer with the general provisions and requirements of regulatory legal acts on occupational safety and health, so that they understand the basic principles of organizing the occupational safety and health system and are able to create safe and healthy working conditions for employees. acquired abilities to perform the functions established in the Model Regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Service of Enterprises and be able to perform the functions of an occupational safety and health specialist in small enterprises. We train according to the programs:

1. An employer, a person representing the employer, performing the functions of an occupational safety and health service in enterprises of all types of economic activity ;
2. An employer, a person representing the employer, performing the functions of the occupational safety and health service in enterprises of economic activities of groups II-III ;
3. An employer, a person representing the employer, performing the functions of the occupational safety and health service in enterprises of group III economic activities ;
4. A person authorized by the employer who performs the functions of the occupational safety and health service in enterprises of all types of economic activity ;
5. A person authorized by the employer who performs the functions of the occupational safety and health service in enterprises of economic activities of groups II-III ;
6. A person authorized by the employer who performs the functions of the occupational safety and health service in enterprises of group III economic activities ;
7.  Education of the employer or the person representing the employer on employee safety and health issues

After completing the training, you are entitled to have your knowledge in the field of occupational safety and health tested at the State Labour Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour of the Republic of Lithuania (VDI).
