Message Channel

Report anonymously

    To ensure transparency and accountability in our operations, we provide a secure channel for employees, customers, business partners, and other stakeholders to report potential violations.

    The reporting channels are open to everyone. They allow you to report the following confidentially or anonymously:

    • possible corruption,
    • conflict of interest,
    • unethical or non-transparent conduct,
    • other violations of laws, regulations, or internal procedures.

    You can report possible violations by email: pranesk@tuv-nord.lt or by filling out the anonymous reporting form.

    How are incoming reports reviewed?

    • First, the content and nature of the report are assessed;
    • If there are grounds for doing so, an internal investigation is initiated;
    • If there are reasonable grounds to suspect a possible criminal offense or misdemeanor, the information is forwarded to the appropriate law enforcement authorities*.
    • If the reporter provides contact information and so requests, he or she is informed of the results of the investigation.
    • No information received, including the reporter's personal data or any identifying details, is disclosed to third parties.

    *Important: TUV NORD Lietuva, UAB does not have the authority to investigate criminal offenses of a corrupt nature—this falls under the jurisdiction of the Special Investigation Service (STT).

    Responsible Response

    All reports are evaluated objectively and confidentially. The companies ensure that individuals who provide information in good faith will not suffer any negative consequences.

    We would also like to point out that the laws of the Republic of Lithuania prohibit falsely accusing another person of a criminal offense. Such actions may result in criminal liability.
